All participants are expected to arrive at the training sessions prepared with the appropriate clothing, layers, hydration, and means for tracking their progress during their run. Participants are not required to carry water on their runs but must have means to hydrate before and after runs or during breaks. Participants should understand that our training sessions may occur in the coldest or hottest times of the day, especially during the Winter and Summer months, and must be prepared to train in any weather condition.
We run in all weather conditions unless hazardous conditions, such as lightning and extremely poor air quality, prevent us from training.
Music Policy: Music can motivate and inspire runners. Unless otherwise noted during trail runs, runners are allowed to run with earbuds, and headphones, as long as they are reasonably able to maintain some form of situational awareness.
